A New Dimension In Atlanta’s Upper-End Real Estate Market Begins As Glennis Beacham Announces The Opening Of Beacham & Company, Realtors©

ATLANTA . . . . . In a residential real estate career that eclipsed record after record, Glennis Beacham, who has sold more homes priced at $1 million and above than any other Realtor in Atlanta, has listened intently to upper-end homebuyers and home sellers and evaluated the changes drastically altering today’s Atlanta real estate landscape. Her analysis has led her to establish a highly specialized real estate firm focusing on luxury properties, from Buckhead homes to fine estates throughout the metro area, and announce the formation of Beacham & Company, Realtors. “Our firm presents an alternative to buyers and sellers of more expensive homes, concentrating on the exacting, personal and one-on-one service that only a smaller, boutique firm can provide,” Glennis Beacham said, adding, “The two principal criteria for those of us working with Beacham & Company clients are experience and professional integrity.”

Beacham & Company’s new offices are undergoing finishing touches on the main floor of The Forum, the office tower at 3290 Northside Parkway, N.W., Suite 100 in which Restaurant Joël is located, and will open on December 15. In the meantime, Wedgwood blue and white Beacham & Company yard signs are showing up on the green lawns of Buckhead’s most sought-after neighborhoods. “We chose The Forum because of its convenient location for our clients, the easy, covered parking and the beautiful gardens in the complex. The building itself offers all the high tech connections that Beacham & Company requires for its advanced technology services in marketing and tracking properties,” Glennis Beacham noted.

For the past 11 consecutive years, Glennis Beacham has been honored as Harry Norman, Realtors “Top Agent Company-wide,” achieving annual sales in excess of $80 million. The average price of homes sold by Glennis Beacham averages above $2 million. “It’s been a wonderful relationship with Harry Norman, Realtors, and I have admired the leadership of the late Harry Norman as well as that of current president Lewis Glenn. A lot of thought went into my decision to open my own firm, and I’m confident Beacham & Company will work cooperatively with my former real estate colleagues,” Glennis confirmed.

Examining the Atlanta market, Glennis grasped what she calls “the sea change that has been occurring, resulting in the elimination of major independent, Atlanta-owned and based residential firms. What’s happened is that monolithic real estate companies, many part of even larger national or international conglomerates, have acquired Atlanta’s residential principals. The corporate culture of these huge firms is far less personal and differs from the philosophy of service which our clients, and homeowners and sellers in the luxury market, insist upon and prefer.”

Concentrating on “our traditional concept giving the very best of the best in service, to meeting a client in 10 minutes if they need to see you, to unbelievably advanced real estate technology,” Glennis emphasized that “Beacham & Company is Atlanta-owned, Atlanta-based and dedicated to personal service.” Admitting that opening her own firm is “exciting, an enormous amount of work and really my own small part of the American entrepreneurial dream,” Glennis revealed that clients “have already been incredibly supportive and enthusiastic of Beacham & Company and our approach to real estate sales. We’ve pledged our absolute commitment to their needs and they know they can count on us.”
